We are so glad we found Ledeana as first-time home buyers! From the very beginning she made the process easy and stress‑free, even though we were on a relatively tight timeline. She set up a custom search based on our criteria, walked us through everything on Zoom, and even shared helpful guides about buying a home in Washington. Her communication was amazing - texts, emails, and calls were always answered right away. She quickly scheduled showings for the homes we wanted to see, and thanks to her guidance we found the perfect home and got our offer accepted. Our home is now pending, and we couldn’t be happier!
