I cannot speak highly enough about Ledeana Strand's exceptional assistance when I recently purchased an out of state property. We wanted to sell our home in order to relocate. So we said, hey Ledeana, sell our home. She did just that and at full asking price.

We were fortunate to find Ledeana to assist us with our relocation to Port Orchard from out of state. We were on a tight timeline and she was able to find us the perfect house and help us close the deal within 30 days. Since we were not from the area, she represented us when we were unable to be present at times. She is very responsive to texts and calls and she made our transition smooth and easy.

Ladeana and her team were everything we wanted and needed in a buyers' agent: highly responsive, friendly (delightful, actually), and thoroughly knowledgable about real estate law/transactions. It was clear throughout the process that the goal of the whole team was to make sure we found the home that was right for us, one that we liked, one that fit within our parameters. There were no attempts to upsell us: they were as happy to show us a property in the lower price ranges as at the top of our limit. We did not feel pressured in any way, but that is not the same as "passive" or "laid back." Ladeana and her team were active participants as much as we needed them to be, available to answer questions, show properties, and not balking at interacting with the sellers on our behalf in any way.
